Christina M. Davis, 70, peacefully entered into eternal rest on August 19, 2016, in the comfort of her home. She was the beloved wife of Edward A. Davis.
Mrs. Davis was born in Bridgeport on December 19, 1945, daughter of the late John and Doris Bruso Eheman. A resident of Ansonia for many years, she was employed as a bartender/cook at the former Esther’s Hacienda in Shelton and later as an executive housekeeper at AmeriSuites in Shelton. Christina enjoyed traveling and visiting the casinos.
In addition to her husband Edward, she is survived by a sister, Joyce Dainiak of Ansonia, sister-in-law, Joan Christopher of FL, several nieces and nephews, especially Michael Dainiak and his wife Cheryl of Ansonia, several great-nieces and great-nephews, especially, Jason, Brittany, Brianna and Nikita Dainiak of Ansonia and best friend, Ann Killam of FL.
Friends and relatives may greet the family and celebrate Christine’s life on Thursday August 25, 2016, from 5 – 7 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. Interment will be private.
The family sends a heart-felt thank you to Charlene and Chris for their help around the home and to the doctors and staff at Smilow Cancer Center for their wonderful care given to Christina.
