Cody J. Velasco, age 21, of Shelton entered into rest on Sunday, July 21, 2024. He was born in Bridgeport, on July 23, 2002 son of Melissa Rodriguez and Juan Carlos Velasco and was a resident of Shelton and Seymour.
Cody was a salesman for GameStop. He enjoyed playing the guitar and piano and also loved gaming.
Cody was the brother of Ariel Velasco and grandson of his maternal grandmother Marissa Roman and his paternal grandparents Juan and Mery Velasco. He was also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The service will be private at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby.
