Cordelia Siraco, age 95, of Port Huron, Michigan, passed away on January 5, 2021.
She was born on June 25th,1925 in Ynsbwl, South Wales. She was the daughter of Kate Hierellis Ellis and Stephen Thomas Ellis who are departed. She met and married Peter Siraco on September 20,1945, in South Hampton, England.
They moved to Shelton, Connecticut in April 1946 where he was chief of police until they retired to Barefoot Bay, Florida. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2012.
Cordelia was also preceded in death by her children Josephine, Mary and Pete, as well as her brothers John, Richard, Raymond and Robert Ellis and her sister Peggy Miller. Cordelia is survived by her children Lois Jane Siraco of Port Huron, Michigan and Pasquale Siraco and his wife Debbie of East Lyme, Connecticut. Her grandson Jared Wilhelm Siraco and his wife Zareen Wilhelm reside in Liberty Hill, Texas.
She is also survived by her sister Margie Griffiths who resides in Hampshire, England. Unfortunately, there will be no formal funeral services due to safety concerns. Cordelia was laid to rest beside her husband at Mount St. Peters’ Cemetery in Derby, Connecticut, which was attended by her son Pasquale Siraco and his wife Debbie.
