Craig A. Papsin

Craig A. Papsin, 36, beloved husband of Kym P. Stevenson Papsin, of Seymour, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday morning Sept. 27, 2009 at the Griffin Hospital in Derby following a short illness. 

Craig was born in Derby on Dec. 19, 1972 beloved son of Joan Burke Papsin of Beacon Falls and the late Michael F. Papsin. He was a resident of Beacon Falls for most of his life before moving to Seymour eight years ago. He attended Emmett O’Brien High School and graduated from Naugatuck High School in 1990. Craig was employed by Coca Cola in Naugatuck for nine years. He was a member of the Concordia Club in Seymour, a devoted fan of the New York Mets and New York Jets and enjoyed playing golf. 

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by a son Conner D. Papsin of Seymour, a brother Mark E. Papsin of Beacon Falls, mother and father in law, Elizabeth and Edward Stevenson of Port St. Lucie, FL and many friends. He was predeceased by a brother David M. Papsin. 

Per Craig’s request, his burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date.
