David D. DeBernardo, age 65, of Shelton, entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2024 in his home. He was born on August 19, 1958, son of Frederick and Joyce (Thomas) DeBernardo. He spent his working career driving trucks. David was a huge music enthusiast who was very proud of his CD collection amassing over 2,000 CDs! He enjoyed reading and spending time with his family. David was a kind and gentle soul and everyone enjoyed his witty sense of humor.
David is the cherished brother to Bill DeBernardo and his wife Dorothy, Suzanne DeBernardo, James DeBernardo, Robert DeBernardo and his wife Marsha, and Paul DeBernardo, and loving uncle to Michael and Matthew DeBernardo.
Friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. His funeral service will begin in the funeral home at 6:00 p.m.
