David J. Tkach, 59, of Derby, entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2015, at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
David was born in Derby on July 7, 1956, son of the late John and Joan Sutter Tkach. He resided in Shelton for most of his life before moving to Derby. He was employed a Zygo Corporation in Middlefield. David was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by a loving sister, Grace L. Fisher of Derby and several cousins and friends.
His funeral service will be private and burial will take place at the convenience of the family in Riverside Cemetery in Shelton. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street, Ansonia, has been privileged with the arrangements.
