Dawn M. (Prosnick) Bouchard, age 49, of Derby, peacefully entered into eternal rest on October 17, 2018, at Bridgeport Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Michael C. Bouchard.
Dawn was born in Derby on December 21, 1968, loving daughter of Ann Marie Wyskiel Fama and loving step-daughter of Sebastian Fama of Hilton Head, SC. Dawn enjoyed crafting and gardening.
In addition to her husband, mother and step-father, she is survived by cherished sons, Jeremy Paige (Toni) of Shelton and Joshua Bouchard of Derby, brothers, Paul Prosnick (Charmaine) of Seymour and Mark Prosnick (Leah) of Oxford, a sister, Cary Hodosi (William) of Shelton, granddaughters, Makenzie and Avery Paige and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and canine buddy, Pumpkin. She was predeceased by her father, Paul Prosnick and her brother, Robert Prosnick.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday October 22, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. On Tuesday, her funeral will begin at 9:15 am from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at St. Margaret-Mary Church, 50 Donovan Lane in Shelton. Entombment will follow in Mt. St. Peter’s Mausoleum in Derby.
