Dean R. Warner, age 66 of Seymour, entered peaceful rest with family by his side on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on January 17, 1958, he was a son of the late Russell E. Warner, Sr. and Gladys (Miller) Warner of Seymour.
A manager at Hawley Lane Shoes for many years, Dean was known for always going above and beyond his duties, even if that meant delivering an order to a customer’s home during his personal time. He was a proud US Navy veteran, serving six years, and loved riding his Harley Davidson Sportster. Dean had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh, but above all else, he was devoted to his family, and loved spending time with his children.
In addition to his mother, Gladys, Dean is survived by his loving children, Noah Warner, Skylar Warner and Shellby Warner, all of Naugatuck; brothers, Wayne Warner of RI, Garry Warner of Shelton, and Russell Warner, Jr. of CA, as well as many extended family members.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St. Seymour, CT 06483. A Celebration of Dean’s life will be held at 7pm in the funeral home. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
