Deborah A. Carpenter, age 68, entered into eternal rest on February 27, 2019, at Griffin Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Clarence R. Carpenter Jr. This June they would have celebrated fifty years of marriage.
Deborah was born in Derby on June 15, 1950, daughter of the late Francis and Marion Bell Lowenadler. She and Clarence enjoyed vacationing in Maine and trips to the casino.
In addition to her husband Clarence, she is survived by a loving son, Eric R. Carpenter of Seymour and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Diane M. Shea Carpenter and brothers, Francis and Gary Lowenadler.
Per Deborah’s request, a private funeral service will be held and inurnment will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery in Ansonia at the convenience of the family.
