Debra Irene Martin, age 56, of Shelton, entered into rest on Monday June 27, 2011 in Griffin Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was born in New Haven on September 16, 1954 beloved daughter of David E. Law and the late Dolores Ryan Law and was a resident of Shelton most of her life.
She was employed for many years at Cadbury Co. Debra love to travel to Rhode Island and explore the lighthouses and go to the beach. She loved the outdoors, animals and the entertainment of the casinos.
She is also survived by her two beloved sons Joseph Martin, Jr of Waterbury and Jason Martin of Shelton, two loving grandchildren Amanda and Anthony Martin, one brother David Law of East Haven, three sisters Cindy Marquis and her husband George of North Branford, Susan Matthews and her husband Kevin of Milford, Sandy Bell and her husband Jim of New Haven, an Aunt Dorothy Law of Milford, an Uncle James Law of Milford, 3 nieces, 2 nephews and a long time friend Nancy Castle of Derby.
Debra’s family would like to thank the Staff at Griffin Hospital and CT Hospice for outstanding service and Birmingham Health Care for the care they extended her the last 4 years.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday July 9th at 10 am in Riverside Cemetery, River Rd. Shelton. Memorial contributions may be made to Ct. Hospice,100 Double Beach Rd. Branford, CT 06405
