Denise Anne Tangredi Bartoli, age 70 of Oxford, entered peaceful rest on her birthday, Friday, May 13, 2022 in Griffin Hospital, Derby. Born in New Haven on May 13, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Carmen Sr. and Theresa (Chiasson) Tangredi.
A dedicated barista for Starbucks, Denise loved her job and anything coffee. She enjoyed concerts at the casinos, Hallmark movies, making her homemade Italian sauce and eating seafood. Affectionately known as “Mimi” and “Nana”, her most cherished times were spent with family, especially shopping with her daughter and grandsons, also known as “her boys”.
Survivors include her loving children, Rhea Donofrio and her husband Anthony of Oxford, and Eric DuBovik and his wife Rebecca of CA; 8 cherished grandchildren, Giovanni, Nicola, Luciano, Santino, Avery and her husband Spencer, Aedan, Aspen and Addisson; 2 adored great grandchildren, Elana and Leo, as well as her best friend, Adrianne Leone and her son Christopher. She was predeceased by her brother, Carmen Tangredi, Jr.
A Celebration of Denise’s Life will be held at The River Foursquare Church, 14 Salem St. Naugatuck, CT 06770 at a date and time to be posted soon. The Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
