Donna J. Frolish, age 67, of Shelton, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at Paradigam Health Care in Norwalk. She is the devoted wife of Joseph J. Frolish. Donna was born in Fairfax, VT on January 16, 1945, daughter of the late Norman Cota and Glenna (Bevins) Smih and she lived in Shelton for most of her life.
Donna was employed at Housatonic Security Services of Shelton and Tomasella, Schlittera and Burrell, PC of Ansonia and was a longtime member of St. Joseph Church in Shelton.
She is the beloved mother of Peter Bunosso, Jr. and his Finance, Laura Soncarato, and cherished grandmother of Isabella Bunosso. She also leaves a brother, Robert Cota, two sisters, Debra Punzirudu and Melissa Frosceno, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM. On Friday her funeral procession will leave at 8:15 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:45 AM at St. Joseph Church in Shelton. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
