Doris R. Frechette, 57, peacefully entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2016, at Griffin Hospital, with her loving family by her side.
Doris was born in Bridgeport on June 30, 1959, daughter of the late Donald and Beverly Frechette. She was raised in Bridgeport and resided in Seymour for many years before moving to Beacon Falls one year ago. Doris worked as a waitress at Frankie’s Diner in Bridgeport and at the former Captain’s Pizza in Derby and later in environmental services at Griffin Hospital in Derby until her retirement. Doris will be remembered as a kind, generous and self-less person that was always willing to help anyone in need.
She is survived by daughters, Kathleen Pelletier of Conover, NC and Jennifer Pelletier of Kannapolis, NC, a son, Wayne Pelletier of Ansonia, brothers, Peter Frechette (Debbie) of NC and James Frechette of Beacon Falls, a sister, Maria Raymond of ME, cherished grandchildren, Audrey and Thomas Pelletier and Kyle and Ryan Hanson, special devoted companion, Thomas Waldron of Woodbridge, several loving nieces and nephews, especially Lauren Marrone of Torrington and numerous friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Marrone.
Friends and relatives are invited to greet the family and celebrate Doris’s life on Wednesday December 21, 2016, from 4 – 7 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. Burial will be private.
