Elaine L. Rich, age 77, entered into eternal rest on April 2, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital/Vitas Hospice in Waterbury.
Elaine was born in Derby on June 8, 1944, daughter of the late George and Mary Morey. She grew up in Ansonia, then resided in Derby for some time before moving to Beacon Falls for the past twenty-four years. Elaine was employed as a residential manager for RMS of Prospect. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards and bingo. Elaine was happiest when spending time with her loving family.
Elaine leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Anthony D. Tiano III of Beacon Falls, Scott A. Lydem of Ansonia and Todd B. Tiano of Beacon Falls, a daughter, Theresa M. Fielder of Beacon Falls, brothers, George Morey (Barbara) of West Haven and Donald Morey (Peggy) of Norwalk, grandchildren, Rosina Tiano of East Haven, Amanda and Brendan Fielder of Beacon Falls, Gavin, Jackson, McKenna and Easton Lydem all of Riverview, Florida, Justin Tiano of Beacon Falls and Murrae Tiano of Waterbury and nieces, Donna, Laurie, Sherri, Megan and Erin.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family and pay their respects on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 5:00pm ‑7:00pm in the chapel of SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 7:00pm, a service in celebration of Elaine’s life will take place with Reverend Jeffrey Gubbiotti officiating. Burial will be private.
