Elizabeth Sheahan Reade, age 68, of Berlin, formerly of Ansonia, entered into rest on January 27, 2022 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was the loving wife of 11 years of Robert Reade. Elizabeth was born in Derby on July 7, 1953, daughter of the late Edward T. and Charlotte (Micklus) Sheahan.
She worked in various executive administration and accounts payable roles at Prudential Connecticut Realty (formerly Connecticut Home Mortgage) for over 20 years until retiring several years ago to spend more time with her husband and family, especially her three cherished grandchildren.
Elizabeth’s family was the center of her universe and nothing made her happier than spending time with them – her beautiful green eyes lit up every time she was with them.
Elizabeth was the beloved mother of Eric Jadach (Emily) and Rebecca Jadach-Hallion (Mark). She was the adored grandmother of Logan Jadach, Wesley Hallion and Quinn Hallion and loving sister of Michael E. Sheahan (Patt). She also leaves many treasured relationships with the extended families of her husband and children, a special bond with her cousin MaryAnn Micklus, and a best friendship of 50 years with Donna D’Angelo.
