Emanuele Mario Tessitore, age 65, of Orange entered into eternal rest on Saturday April 11, 2020 in Yale New Haven Hospital. He is the devoted husband of Denise D’Ottaviano Tessitore.
He was born in Caiazzo, Italy on September 2, 1954, beloved son of Carmina Disorbo Tessitore and the late Giuseppe Tessitore.
Emanuele was a Lead Inspector at Sikorsky Aircraft/Lockheed Martin.
He was the athletic director of Derby Youth Soccer Program and a member of the Son’s of Italy.
Emanuele is also survived by his three children Carmina K. Hirsch and her husband Etan Hirsch, Elena S. Tessitore and Joseph Ceasar Tessitore, one grandson Jayden Thomas Hall, one brother Antonio Tessitore and his wife Geraldine, two nephews Joseph Tessitore and his wife Jenna and their daughter Willow and Jason Tessitore and his wife Kelley and their son Kole. He will be missed by Aunts, Uncle, Cousins and Friends in Italy and America.
Due to the current pandemic health crisis a private entombment with the immediate family will take place on Wednesday in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be announced at a later date in St. Mary Church for the public to attend and support Emanuele’s Family. The Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St. Derby are entrusted with the arrangements.
