Everett E. Sharpe, age 96, husband of the late Dorothea Lewis Sharpe and resident of Shelton, died Nov. 23.
He was born Sept. 30, 1913 in Shelton, son of the late Emil & Lucy Mann Sharpe. He worked as an engineer for Better Packages and was a member of The First Baptist Church, both of Shelton.
He is survived by his son Donald E. Sharpe & his wife Audrey of Woodbury, daughter Susan East & her husband Ronald of Shelton and ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Everett was predeceased by his daughter Carol Ann Feld.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 10:00 a.m. from First Baptist Church, 178 Leavenworth Rd., Shelton, Ct. 06484.
Friends may call at church on Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. before the service. Burial will follow in the Lower White Hills Cemetery, Shelton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
