Frank Bachman, an 80 year old Ansonia resident and husband to Frances Wardrobe Bachman passed away July 29 at Griffin Hospital in Derby. He was born July 18, 1941 in Derby, son of the late Frank Bachman Sr. and Mary Popovich Bachman. A Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp., Frank worked as a self-employed blasting contractor. In addition to his wife he leaves his son Marc Bachman of Wallingford, his three daughters Christine Bachman of North Branford, Lisa Bachman of Ansonia and Kimberly Hanson of East Haven as well as seven grandchildren.
Services of remembrance will be held privately by the family; there are no calling hours. Donations in his memory may be made to The Ansonia Animal Shelter, North Division St. Ansonia, Ct 06401.
