Gail Yvonne Flax, age 57, resident of the former Hilltop Health Care of Ansonia, CT and Arden House, of Hamden, CT, entered into eternal rest on July 15, 2015.
Born June 4, 1958, Gail was the daughter of the late Delores Barnett Flax. Educated in Ansonia school system, Gail was an AHS graduate, class of 1977.
The 5th of 7 children, Gail is survived by siblings, James Flax Jr., New Haven, Richard Flax Sr., Mary Flax and Carolyn Gardner of Ansonia and John Flax of Danbury. Also 7 aunts, 1 uncle, 3 nephews, 3 nieces, 3 great nephews, 1 great niece, cousins and a host of loving friends. In addition to her mother Gail was preceded in death by her brother Barry J. Flax and God-Father, Ulysses Allen.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Jenkins, King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St., Ansonia, CT at 1 p.m. and calling hours 12 pm to 1 pm. Burial will be private.
