Harold Thompson, 70, formerly of Ansonia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday September 20, 2014, at Waterbury Hospital.
Mr. Thompson was born in Pensacola, Florida on January 9, 1944, son of the late Jacob Thompson and Blanche Celestine.
Harold is survived by three loving sons, David Page of Ansonia and Jamar Smith and Damien Smith of New Haven, two loving daughters, Tara Page and Shasta Page of Ansonia, two brothers, Eugene Nelson and Jacob Thompson Jr. and his wife Alice of New Haven, three cherished grandchildren, Jaylen and Alexsya Goodall and Kyle Denis and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his longtime companion Sandra Page.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday September 25, 2014, from 5 – 7 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 7:00 pm, a funeral service in celebration of Harold’s life will take place with Pastor James Wegner officiating. Burial will be private.
