Harry Kushpinsky, Jr., age 71, of Shelton, entered into rest on Friday Jan. 25, 2013 at Yale New Haven Hospital.
He was the devoted husband of Linda (Logsdon) Kushpinsky.
He was born in Derby on Dec. 26, 1941, son of the late Harry and Esther Kushpinsky, Sr. and was a life long valley resident.
Harry was employed with Bic for over 30 years before his retirement. He loved the outdoors, especially hiking and astronomy, and also math and cooking.
He is the father of Harry Kushpinsky, III, brother of Ronnie Kushpinsky, Katherine Brewer, and the late Fred Kushpinsky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm with an evening service at 6:30 pm in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd. Shelton.
His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm in the United Presbyterian Church, 109 Seaside Ave., Milford.
