Helen (Horbal) Kwochka, 91, of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest on June 25, 2012, at Laurel Ridge H.C. in Ridgefield.
Mrs. Kwochka was born in Derby on July 28, 1920, daughter of the late Frank and Mary Senick Horbal. A lifelong resident of Ansonia, she was employed at both the former Amazing Store in Milford and K‑Mart in North Haven until her retirement.
She is survived by a son Kenneth Kwochka of SC, a daughter, Karen Kansky of Carmel, NY, grandsons, Christopher Kansky and his wife Karen and Kevin Kansky of Wappingers, NY, great-granddaughters, Tatianna, Jenna, Maya, and Natalya Kansky and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Howard Horbal and a sister, Louise Horbal.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Friday June 29, 2012, at 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia for a Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment will follow in the family plot in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Derby.
Visiting will take place on FRIDAY MORNING from 9:00 am until the procession leaves for church at the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia.
