Henry O. Parker, 58, of Derby, peacefully entered into eternal rest on October 22, 2010, at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. He was the beloved companion of Mary Loftus of Derby.
Henry was born in San Francisco, CA on October 7, 1952, son of the late Theodis and Alvis Mae Walker Parker.
In addition to his companion Mary, he is survived by a son, Robert Mansi of San Diego, CA, two daughters, Ariane Parker of Ansonia and Renee Mansi of San Diego, CA, three brothers, James Parker of San Francisco, CA, Theodore Parker of Winsted, and Mervin Parker of Panama City, FL, four sisters, Shirley Parker of San Francisco, CA, Deborah Curry of Fresno, CA, Jacqueline Parker and Lisa Parker of Waterbury, seven grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by a sister Shelia Parker.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend Henry’s memorial service on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at 7:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia with the Rev. Samuel Levy officiating. Burial will be private. A memorial gathering and a celebration of Henry’s life will also be held on Wednesday from 6:00 pm until the service begins.
