Mr. Herman Kobluskie, age 84, beloved husband of 62 years to Mary (Gondorchin) Kobluskie of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, Oct, 9, 2010 at Griffin Hospital in Derby.
Mr. Kobluskie was born on April 29, 1926 in Seltzer City, PA to the late Adam and Eva (Scheeler) Kobluskie.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and also served with the Seabees in Guam.
Mr. Kobluskie worked at Kerite for over 40 years and retired as a millrite foreman. Herman was a very active man and enjoyed working around the house and yard.
In addition to his loving wife, Herman leaves his devoted son, Mark Kobluskie of Seymour and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be held in private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 45 Ash Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.
