Jack Vincent Sambrook

Jack Vincent Sambrook, age 22 of Ansonia, entered into rest on Sunday, November 24, 2013. 

He is the cherished son of Albert E. Sambrook, Jr. and Laura (Lola) Gudsnuk Sambrook. Jack was born in Derby on June 20, 1991, and lived in Ansonia for many years.

Jack enjoyed hanging out at the beach with his friends, going to the casino, and tattoo artistry. He was also an avid fan of the NY Knicks. He really liked cats, and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Jack also leaves his brother, Albert E. Sambrook, III, his paternal grandmother Arlene Sambrook, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He also leaves several friends who also became part of his family. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Albert Sambrook, Sr., and maternal grandparents, Vincent and Dorothy Gudsnuk.

Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Saturday, friends are invited to go directly to St. Joseph Church, 50 Fairmont Place, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
