James A. Krentzman, age 57, of Seymour, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Griffin Hospital in Derby. James was born in Wiesbaden, Germany on July 11, 1966, he is the son of James D. Krentzman (partner Sandra Messina) and June Renfer (husband Wayne Thompson), and lived in Seymour most of his life.
He was a dedicated Project Manager for Pella Windows and Doors for over 25 years where he built strong relationships with his coworkers and customers. James had a passion for golf and spent much of his free time on the course with friends and family. He also enjoyed playing guitar and had a love for classic rock music like Aerosmith and Led Zeppelin. He loved making people laugh and his humor was truly infectious; he never missed the opportunity to crack a joke.
He is the beloved father of Brianna Joy Krentzman. The love James had for his daughter was unending. Anyone close to him knew she was his best friend, his pride and joy. Their relationship was one of a kind. Certainly her father’s daughter, James’ wit, charisma, and humor lives on through her. James was also very dedicated to his family, he had weekly visits with his mother and father and was always in close contact with his siblings. He had an enormous support system and was loved by so many. James is also survived by his life partner, Antoinette, his siblings Jessica Krentzman (Robert Rut), David G. Krentzman (Deborah Krentzman), Christine Campbell, niece Rebecca Van Spall, and nephews Gabriel and Joshua Rut.
