Jayce Helen Cassin, age 38 of Seymour, formerly of Shelton and East Haven, entered peaceful rest on June 6, 2014 in St. Mary’s Hospital, Waterbury.
She was born April 19, 1976 in Derby, beloved daughter of Gerald “Jerry “ Cassin (Gretchen) of Oxford, and Cynthia “Cindy” Stanton of Shelton. She was employed at Subway in Middlebury.
Jayce was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Oxford; she loved music and enjoyed attending concerts and music festivals.
In addition to her parents, Jayce leaves her loving family including her fiancé, Michael Casagrande of Seymour; her daughters, Angellica, Rayne, and Meadow Brown all in Missouri; a sister, Heather Marie Thompson (Matthew) of Seymour; a brother, Gerald L. “Jerry” Cassin of Shelton; her grandparents, Gerald K. Cassin Sr. of Southbury and Walter Stanton in Vermont, and two nieces.
Calling Hours are Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. Funeral Services in celebration of Jayce’s life will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Immanuel Lutheran Church (Directly) 25 Great Hill Rd., Oxford. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
