JC Reddick Jr.

JC Reddick Jr., age 60, unexpectedly entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2021, at Griffin Hospital. He was the loving long-time companion of Ellen M. Williams. 

JC was born in New Haven on April 4, 1960, beloved son of John Reddick of New Haven and the late Shirley Beall Lewis. He was employed at National School Studios/Lifetouch in Derby and later as a foreman at Electric Cable Compounds in Naugatuck until his retirement. JC enjoyed visits to the casino, playing cards, fishing and spending time with his family. 

In addition to his companion Ellen and father, John, he leaves to cherish his memory, sons, JC Reddick III Toot” (Jadine) of Providence, RI, Anthony Williams of Somersworth, NH, Justin Reddick of Bangor, Maine and Jonathon Williams of Ansonia, brothers, Harold Reddick of Bridgeport and Thomas Jacobs of West Haven, a sister, Lolita Ball (Robert) of West Haven, grandchildren, Cassius JC Reddick, Adelyna Hill and Ava Hill of Pawtucket, RI as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Paul Beall and Timothy Jacobs. 

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, no services will be scheduled at this time. A celebration of JC’s life will be planned and announced when we can all safely gather. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia has been privileged with the arrangements.
