Jean Marie Gould

Jean Marie Gould, a Milford resident who lived in Shelton for most of her life, died June 30.

She was 69.

Gould was born in Derby on Dec. 12, 1939, the daughter of the late Eugene and Lillian Hyman Koniak.

A resident of Shelton for most of her life, she moved to Milford several years ago. She was formerly employed at the Hershey Metal Products in Ansonia and enjoyed art, painting, and writing poems.

She is survived by four sons, Norman R. Roberts Jr. (Marie) of Derby, David Roberts of Florida, Vincent Baczek and George Baczek of Milford, two daughters, Sabrina Roush of Florida and Sally Gill (Daniel) of Orange and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers and a sister.

Per her request, her funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
