Jeffrey Martin Dingman

Mr. Jeffrey Martin Dingman, age 44, of Seymour, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Oct. 25 in Seymour. 

He was born on November 22, 1964 in New Haven to the late Martin Carmen and Jennie (Kucher) Dingman. 

Jeffrey graduated from Seymour High School in 1982. 

He was previously employed with the former Latex Foam in Ansonia, the former Crock Shop in Seymour, the former Accu Plasma in Waterbury, and was also a pipe fitter. 

He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor. Jeffrey was an artist, a musician, and had an enduring love of animals and nature. 

Jeffrey is survived by two sisters, Susan Cegelka and her husband Joe, and Nancy Sloan, all of Waterbury and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Beverly Spear, and his longtime girlfriend, Ellen Allison. 

A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 7 from 1 to 2 p.m. followed by a service at 2 p.m. at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. 

Interment will be held in private. Memorial Contributions may be made in Jeffrey’s memory to the St. Vincent DePaul Mission of Waterbury Homeless Shelter, 114 Benedict Street, P.O. Box 1612, Waterbury, CT 06721.
