Joseph A. Pagnano

Joseph A. Pagnano, age 50, entered in peaceful rest on November 9, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury. He was the loving husband of Catherine McDaniel. 

Joe was born in Norwalk on October 10, 1972, son of Kathleen Fuhrman Pagnano of Ansonia and the late John Pagnano. A resident of Waterbury, Joe was employed as a chef. He also previously worked as an EMT for Hunters in Meriden and Seymour Ambulance and helped as a volunteer fireman in Ansonia. Joe was loyal, kind and funny. He enjoyed listening to heavy metal music and loved fishing especially with his children, nieces and nephews. He will be lovingly missed by all. 

In addition to his wife Catherine, Joe leaves to cherish his memory, a daughter, Ashleigh Pagnano of Bridgeport, sisters, Michele Hanenberg (Andrew) of North Carolina, Katie Copeland and Amy Pagnano of Ansonia, nieces and nephews, T.J., Collin and Mackenzie Copeland, Monte, Mady and Mason Parisi, Finley Hanenberg, Sophia Granados and Charlotte McDaniel, along with best friends and brothers” Scott Lazurek of Seymour and Jimmy Rollinson of Hamden. He was predeceased by his son Michael J. Pagnano.
