Joseph M. Riddle, age 25, entered into eternal rest on March 20, 2018.
Joseph was born in Derby on July 15, 1992, beloved son of George T. Riddle (Carissa) of Crofton, Maryland and Maria Salerno LaLuna (Andrew) of Ansonia. A lifelong resident of Ansonia, he was a graduate of Platt Technical High School in Milford in 2010 and was employed as a plumber for Mechanical Plumbing & Heating in Hamden.
Joseph was a communicant of Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia where he was a former Altar Server and helped at the annual Italian Festival. He enjoyed fixing his cars and working out at the gym. He was a former member of Hilltop Hose Co. and Webster Hose Co. in Ansonia.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Kayla Browne of Yonkers, NY, a brother, Matthew Riddle of Crofton, MD, sisters, Mackenzie Riddle of Crofton, MD, Nicole LaLuna and Emily LaLuna of Milford, grandparents, Addolorata Salerno of Ansonia and Anthony and Diane LaLuna of Orange and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by grandparents, Joseph and Grace Riddle and Angelo Salerno.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday March 23, 2018, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia.
On Saturday, his funeral will begin at 9:15 am from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia. Interment will immediately follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
