Karen S. Coughlin, a 74-year-old Milford resident and former longtime Ansonia resident, entered into eternal rest December 2.
She was born April 7, 1943 in Ansonia, daughter of the late Thaddeus & Mary Chrzanowski Slade.
She graduated from The Assumption Church School as well as Ansonia High School. A parishioner of The Church of the Assumption, Karen worked as an administrative assistant for The Knights of Columbus.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son John Coughlin & his wife Kathleen of Orange, her brother Thomas Slade & his wife Carol of Stratford, and her grandchildren Jack, Patrick and Kaitlyn Coughlin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately by the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Karen S. Coughlin may be made to The Church of the Assumption, 61 N. Cliff St. Ansonia or to The Boys & Girls Club, 28 Howard Ave. Ansonia.
