Kimberly C. Yucaneer, age 56, of Derby and formerly Stratford, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday March 19, 2025 in Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the devoted wife of 21 years to Brian Yucaneer. She was born in Milford, CT on May 26, 1968 on the daughter of the late Robert and Cecile Cook.
Kim worked as a receptionist at Bridges Medical for many years. She loved crafting with her hands, taking hikes with her family and practicing spirituality. Besides her husband Brian, she is survived by her loving son Douglas Yucaneer and her dear step father Frank Elliott.
Friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday March 26 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St. Derby. Burial will be privately held with her immediate family. Online condolences can be offered to the family at www.adzimafh.com.
