Lena Crasilli, 95, of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest on October 23, 2012, at Hewitt Health & Rehab in Shelton.
Miss Crasilli was born in Derby on June 21, 1917, daughter of the late John and Elisia Vagnini Crasilli. A resident of Ansonia for most of her life, she was employed at VARCA in Derby for many years.
She is survived by a devoted sister, Delia M. Tretiak of Ansonia, two cherished nephews, Stephen J. Tretiak of Seymour and James A. Tretiak of New Haven, who all took care of Lena and provided a loving home throughout her life, and several other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Bruno, William, Nello, and Thomas Crasilli, sisters, Mary and Carrie Crasilli and brother in law, Stephen A. Tretiak.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday morning Oct. 25, 2012, from 8:00 am until 9:30 am in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 10:00 am, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia. Interment will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
