Lillian T. Marganski, age 89, entered into eternal rest on April 6, 2020, at Shelton Lakes/Apple Rehab. She was the beloved wife of the late Frances E. Marganski.
Mrs. Marganski was born at home in Ansonia on September 5, 1930, daughter of the late Stephen and Adele Lastauskas Mankulics. A lifelong resident of the Ansonia community, she was dedicated to the care and well-being of her family. She was a woman of great faith and a lifelong communicant of St. Anthony’s Church in Ansonia until closing. Lillian was very proud of her Lithuanian heritage and spoke fluent Lithuanian. She was an avid pianist and enjoyed her hobby as a seamstress even making clothing for her family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving daughter, Kristin Fraser and her husband Gerard of Seymour, grandchildren, Christopher and Samantha Fraser of Seymour, Michael Fraser of Ansonia and Austin Fraser of Portland, Maine as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Stephen Mankulics and a sister, Adele Urbon.
Due to current health restrictions, Lillian’s funeral service will be private with burial in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
