Lisa Anne Marino, age 52, unexpectedly entered into eternal rest on November 28, 2021 at Bridgeport Hospital.
Lisa was born in Derby on November 14, 1969, loving daughter of Ernest A. Marino of Ansonia and the late Joanne Polizzi Marino. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends.
In addition to her father, Lisa leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Nicholas Vedock of Ocala, Florida, a daughter, Jennifer Vedock of West Virginia, a brother, Michael J. Marino (Crystal) of Naugatuck, a sister, Jo-Anne Rose-Lee Merritt (Howard W. III) of Shelton, paternal grandmother, Elia Maria Marino of Ansonia, an uncle, Paul J. Marino of Reston, VA, aunts, Josephine Searles and Madeline Baklik of Derby, along with several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may greet the family and pay their respects on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, from 9:00 – 11:00 am in the chapel of SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. Regardless of vaccination status, masks will be required for entry into the funeral home. At 11:00 am a funeral service in celebration of Lisa’s life will take place with Reverend Jeffrey Gubbiotti officiating. Interment will then follow in Mount Saint Peter’s Cemetery in Derby.
