Louis D’Agostino, 87, of Derby, peacefully entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2014, in the comfort of his home.
Mr. D’Agostino was born in Bridgeport on October 22, 1926, son of the late Anthony and Adealine Peretta D’Agostino. He was a resident of Bridgeport for many years before moving to Derby. Louis was employed in the construction industry until his retirement.
He is survived by four daughters, Sandra Kanowski and Dawn D’Agostino of Buffalo, NY, Janice Donorovich of Texas and Linda Lou D’Agostino of Florida, two brothers, Anthony D’Agostino of Trumbull and Joseph D’Agostino of California, two sisters, Katherine D’Agostino and Mary Ziou of Bridgeport, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Gus D’Agostino and a sister, Connie D’Agostino.
Per Mr. D’Agostino’s request, his funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia, has been privileged with the arrangements.
