Lucie (Tomaiuolo) Santoro, age 89, the beloved wife of the late Frank Santoro, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in Gardner Heights Nursing Home in Shelton.
Born In Bridgeport on October 26, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ciuffreda) Tomaiuolo and was a Derby resident most of her life.
Lucie was a retired office worker for Conlin Painting Company of Bridgeport for 12 years and Krieger’s Company of Shelton for 10 years.
Survivors include her beloved family, one son, Francis Daniel Santoro of Florida; one brother, Alfred Tomaiuolo of Bridgeport; and one sister-in-law, Josephine Tomaiuolo of Easton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Frank and Anthony Tomaiuolo, and two sisters, Carmela Tomaiuolo and Michelina Cocco. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday April 6, 2010 at 10 a.m. DIRECTLY in St. Augustine’s Cathedral, 359 Washington Ave., Bridgeport, with a Mass of the Christian Burial.
