Lucille S. Grassi, 79, of Ansonia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on December 1, 2017, at Bishop Wicke Health Care in Shelton.
Miss Grassi was born in Bridgeport on November 13, 1938, daughter of the late Frank and Philomena Conge Grassi. She was employed as an encoder at the former Connecticut National Bank in Beacon Falls for many years until her retirement. Lucille enjoyed playing board games and bingo.
She leaves to cherish her memory, loving sisters, Mary Martin of Ansonia, Dolores Flokos (Ronald) of Naugatuck and Barbara DeVito (Alan) of West Haven, sister-in-law, Rita Grassi of Ansonia and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Grassi.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday December 4, 2017, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. On Tuesday, her funeral will begin at 9:15 am from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia. Interment will immediately follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
