Marco Antonio Cabezas, age 59, of Derby entered into rest on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was the devoted husband of 8 years to Martha (Rivera) Cabezas. Marco was born in Manhattan, New York on October 21, 1963 son of the late Bolivar and Maria (Gomez) Cabezas and was a lifelong valley resident. He was a member of the James Gang MC of New Haven, CT. Marco was an avid Karaoke singer and DJ and enjoyed music. Most of all, Marco loved spending time with his family and friends. He was the beloved father of Joshua Cabezas and Brandon Cabezas, grandfather of Joshua Cabezas, Alexander Cabezas, and Chloe Cabezas, brother of, Gabriel Cabezas and his wife Isabel and Alan Cabezas and his wife Carolina and uncle of, Kaylee Cabezas and Zachary Cabezas. Marco was also survived by the mother of his children Annmarie Murillo and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
On Thursday, family & friends may call from 4 to 7 PM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby. On Friday, family & friends are invited to his funeral service at 11 AM at the funeral home. His burial will follow at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery.
