Margaret L. Boath, age 76, of Ansonia, peacefully entered into rest on Sunday, January 11, 2015, in her home.
She was the devoted wife of the late John A. Boath. Margaret was born in Shelton on February 21, 1938, daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Schmidt) Munson, and lived most of her life in Ansonia.
She worked for SNET, but loved being a mother and a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and loved Elvis. Margaret also loved penguins.
She is the beloved mother of John Boath and his wife Roberta and Janine Boath. She also leaves cherished grandchildren Ian and Kelsi and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Munson.
The Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, is entrusted with the arrangements. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 1 PM at Mt. St. Peters Cemetery, 219 New Haven Ave, Derby.
