Marie Bernadine Oreste, age 41, of Shelton, CT entered into eternal rest on May 7, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Wilkinson Panayoti.
She was born in Au Cayes, Haiti on November 12, 1982, daughter of Mona Oreste and the late Francois Jean. She moved from Haiti with her husband to Brooklyn, NY and then to Shelton, CT in 2022. She worked as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and was known to love helping others.
Marie is also survived by her three children, Kensley Panayoti, David Panayoti, and Rebecca Panayoti, three sisters, Rose Joseph and her husband Davidson, Nephtalie Felix, and Katiana Felix, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm at Hill Top Church, 235 Prindle Ave. Ansonia, CT 06401 Her funeral service will begin in the church at 12:00 pm Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
