Marilynn S. Mierzejewski, age 75, entered into eternal rest on November 10, 2020, with her loving daughter’s by her side following a long illness.
Marilynn was born in Seymour on January 28, 1945, daughter of the late Joseph and Louise Kottman Sullivan. A lifelong resident of the Valley area, she was employed as a customer service supervisor at Connecticut Water Co. in Naugatuck for over thirty years until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, celebrating holidays and being surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by loving and devoted daughters, Jill Gregorio and Jamie DiPasquale (John) of Naugatuck, cherished grandchildren, Evan Gregorio, Jailynn and Justine DiPasquale and Alyssa Lastauskas. She was predeceased by her sister, Gloria Kudzma.
A walk-through visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday November 15, 2020, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. Masks are required and physical distancing is expected. On Monday November 16, 2020 at 10:00 am, a funeral service in celebration of Marilynn’s life will take place in the funeral home with Rev. Jeffrey Gubbiotti officiating.
