Mary Concilio, age 88, entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2018 in Daytona Beach, Florida. She was the beloved wife of the late John Concilio.
Mrs. Concilio was born in Derby on November 17, 1929, daughter of the late Antonio and Rose DeFilippo. She was a lifelong resident of Derby before moving to Florida thirteen years ago. Mary was employed for many years at the former Lifetouch National School Studios in Derby and enjoyed cooking for her family, golf and the beach.
She leaves to cherish her memory, loving daughters, Rosemary Maciog of Port Orange, FL and Marlene Paglia of Daytona Beach, FL, cherished grandchildren, Erika (Maciog) Shea (Thomas) of Milford, Nicole (Paglia) Chandler (Robert) of Peabody, MA and Ryan Maciog of Ansonia. She was predeceased by grandsons, Sean Cripps and Andrew Maciog.
Friends and relatives are invited to greet the family and pay their respects on Saturday September 29, 2018, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI/BEDNAR-OSIECKI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia. At 2:30 pm, a prayer service with reflections will take place. Burial will be private.
