Mary Hall Yocher, an 89 year old Seymour resident, passed away at Shady Knoll Health Center on February 12, 2022. She was a life time member of Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia.
She was also a member of the DAR, the Ansonia and Shelton chapters. She was a lifelong Valley resident. Mary had many part-time jobs, but she devoted her life to her children and was always grateful to have her beagle, Rascal, by her side.
She was the daughter of William and Elsie Hall. She is survived by her sons, William of Wallingford and Christopher and his wife Meme of Ansonia; and daughter Ellen and her partner Pam of Watertown; granddaughters Sarah and Elizabeth and a brother William Hall and his wife Kathleen of Roanoke, Virginia. She was also predeceased by her ex-husband, Lawrence A. Yocher. Memorial services will be held at Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia on Friday, Feb. 25th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home of Ansonia, is in charge of the arrangements.
