Mary I. Zigmont, an 82-year-old Shelton resident, died December 21, 2010.
She was born September 6, 1928, on her mother’s birthday. She was a former longtime Seymour resident.
She is survived by her loving husband of more than 60 years, Henry T. Zigmont and her three children, Beth Lincoln (Timothy) Amy Snurr (Grayson) and James H. Zigmont. (Teresa Boutelle) She also leaves four grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew and many lifelong friends. She was predeceased by two brothers.
Memorial services in celebration of her life will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 56 S. Cliff Street, Ansonia, on Friday April 8 at 11 a.m. A social hour will be held at the church after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the church.
