MaryJoyce Fitzpatrick McLean of Deland Fla, formally of Derby Ct, passed away after a sudden brief illness.
MaryJoyce was a graduate of Derby High School and then went on to fulfill a career with the State of CT until her retirement in 2017.
In 2018, she relocated to Florida and resided with her brother Ronald Fitzpatrick.
MaryJoyce was predecessed by her husband Richard McLean, her sister Lauren Wasilkowich, and her parents Barbara and Earl Fitzpatrick.
She leaves behind to grieve her loving son Ryan M. Fitzpatrick of Beacon Falls, her cherished daughter Katie McLean and her most loving and precious grandson Aiden Fitzpatrick of Beacon Falls, along with her brother Ronald of Deland.
She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close dear friends.
Her burial will be private at the convenience of her family. Her family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the hospital and the nurses at hospice who cared for her in her final days.
