Michael Elder, age 43, husband of Debra Roberts Elder and resident of Seymour, entered into eternal rest Sept. 26.
He was born Dec. 27, 1969 in Waconia, Minnesota. He worked as a machinist for BIC Co. and attended the Great Hill Methodist Church in Seymour.
In addition to his wife, he leaves to cherish his memory his sons Zachary Elder of Cape Coral, Fl., and Bradley and Jakob Elder, both of Seymour, his mother Carolyn Gasser Elder of Arkport, N.Y., his mother & father in law William & Sarah “Sally” Roberts of Seymour, brother Danial Elder of Arkport, N.Y. sister Kimberly Grossman of Andover, N.Y. and several nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Rev. Richard Elder.
Memorial services will be held on Friday Oct. 4 at 7:00 p.m. at The Seymour United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Booth. Burial will be private.
