Nicholas C. Passerini, age 70, died on Friday, July 19, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Derby, on December 16, 1942 and was raised in Shelton.
He was partner in Group Three Construction Management and help build many projects throughout Connecticut. He was a member of the Army National Guard in Ansonia and Stratford for seven years attaining the rank of Sergeant E5. He enjoyed playing golf with his many friends.
He moved to Florida in the early 90’s and moved back in 2006 to take care of his wife, Donna, who had dementia.
He bought a home in Milford and became a communicant of St. Mary Church in Milford.
Nicholas was predeceased by his wife, Donna Egan Passerini, his parents, Nick and Rose Passerini and brother-in-law, Don Noto.
He was a devoted father to his three children, Kristine Nevers, and her husband George of Southbury, Paula Dube and her husband, Richard, of Sutton , MA, and Brian Passerini and his wife Angela, of Oxford. He also leaves a sister, Grace Noto of Derby, 2 nephews Stephen and Donald Noto and their families, a sister-in-law, Judy Gagliardi, brother-in-law, Paul Gagliardi. his greatest pleasure was his six grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary and Alexa Nevers of Southbury, Nikaila and Rachel Dube of Sutton, MA and Dillon Passerini of Oxford, He also leaves his loving partner, Joan M. Guccione of Shelton.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 10:30 AM in St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf St. Milford. Burial will follow in Mt.
